CUBERT  (2023)

In 2023, we competed with Cubert at the following Events:

1. Newmarket Competition: 3rd place

2. North Bay Competition: 4th place

3. Hamilton Provincials: 39th place (Science Division)

Affectionately named 'Cubert', this Robot specializes in Ground floor Cones! Cubert can pick up and drop off Cones in any orientation while keeping the load safe inside its Lexan exterior. 

This 'bot comes with: 

• Chain-driven tank drive system, each side powered by 2 Falcon500 motors leading to a Toughbox Mini.

• 2 steel plates bolted to the undercarriage for ultimate reinforcement and low weight distribution & COG.

• 8" Pneumatic Wheels.

• Pneumatic Parking brakes.

• Pneumatic arm and gate, allowing us to fully pick up and index cones.
